1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at enviroquestconsulting.org or engaging EnviroQuest Consulting (“EnviroQuest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for any services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors to our website and to all clients who engage EnviroQuest for environmental testing and inspection services.

2. Services

A. Scope of Services

EnviroQuest Consulting provides environmental testing and inspection services including, but not limited to:

• Asbestos testing and inspection

• Lead-based paint testing and inspection

• Mold testing and inspection

Our services are available across San Diego County and the Imperial Valley. We are EPA and Cal-OSHA certified. Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic coverage.

B. Testing Only.

EnviroQuest is a testing-only firm. We do not provide remediation, abatement, or any corrective services. Our role is strictly limited to inspection, sampling, and laboratory analysis. Any remediation or corrective work identified as a result of our testing must be arranged separately through a licensed remediation contractor.

This testing-only model is a deliberate policy to eliminate conflicts of interest and ensure that our findings are objective and independent.

C. Service Hours

EnviroQuest operates seven days a week. Appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide reasonable advance notice when possible.

3. Quotes and Payment

A. Service Quotes

Quotes provided by EnviroQuest via phone, email, or contact form are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, property size, sample count, or scope of work determined at the time of inspection.

B. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of service engagement. EnviroQuest reserves the right to require payment in full prior to or at the time of service delivery. Failure to remit payment may result in withholding of laboratory results or reports until payment is received.

C. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by phone at (619) 724-9608 or by email at enviroq.consulting@gmail.com. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. EnviroQuest reserves the right to establish and communicate specific cancellation policies at the time of booking.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a Client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the property and the nature of the testing requested

• Ensure that EnviroQuest personnel have safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring inspection on the scheduled date

• Disclose any known hazardous conditions on the property prior to the inspection

• Obtain any necessary permissions or approvals (e.g., from property owners, tenants, or landlords) before scheduling services

EnviroQuest is not responsible for delays, incomplete inspections, or inaccurate results caused by restricted access, incomplete information, or failure to disclose relevant site conditions.

5. Reports and Results

A. Laboratory Analysis

Environmental samples collected during an inspection are sent to an accredited third-party laboratory for analysis. Turnaround times for laboratory results vary and are not guaranteed. EnviroQuest will communicate estimated timelines at the time of service.

B. Report Delivery

Inspection reports and laboratory results will be delivered to the Client electronically upon completion. Reports are prepared based on conditions observed at the time of inspection and are not a guarantee of future conditions.

C. Interpretation of Results

EnviroQuest will provide findings based on applicable regulatory standards and professional judgment. Our reports are informational and do not constitute legal advice. Clients should consult qualified legal, real estate, or remediation professionals for guidance on next steps based on inspection results.

6. Limitation of Liability

EnviroQuest Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

EnviroQuest is not responsible for conditions that were not visible, accessible, or detectable at the time of inspection using standard professional methods.
